Well. Hello, if you're reading this, then I guess you should be interested enough to at least be granted with the knowledge that my name is Sherry. (That's a mouthful.) I'm nineteen, and residing in Singapore. It is this tiny island stuck somewhere along the Equator. It is therefore incredibly hot all year around, and perfectly horrid. I've never seen or touched real snow before. Tragically, shows like The Office, TDS, TCR, and all the fabulous TV shows in America don't get aired here. At all.(Thank Merlin for Internet!)(We do get a healthy selection, but those I've mentioned above, no. :)) This journal originally started as a shopping account used to participate in a community that unites all girls/women in Singapore who gang up and import goods from overseas in order to reduce the shipping cost. Along the way, in about November 2007, I managed to stumble into The Daily Show and The Colbert Report fandom, and shortly after in Harry Potter's. I'm a giant fan of Snupin as well as the character Severus Snape. And the actor who portrays him on screen of course. All the people I've friended are either associated through TDS/TCR fandom, Harry Potter, or fans of Alan [Rickman] and Severus Snape. It also includes exceptional fandom writers, as well as one or two icon-makers. I don't use Livejournal as my online journal, only strictly for the purposes of dabbling in fandom. I'm a very silent lurker but I have enjoyed all of the works I've came across. There are truly alot of very talented people out there. :) All right. This is all. Unless you're coming by Singapore for a hot, tropical holiday and need some form of local help, then this is all that you'll ever know of me. Good Day! |
